At Launch
No Network:
If you get this error when you launch the app, the game is unable to connect to the internet and will not run. The app will then close itself. This typically occurs when you have a very weak signal on your phone network or wifi.
Poor Network:
This error occurs after the game launches, during startup. It translates as saying their is an unstable connection. Basically the app is able to connect to the internet, but not able to establish a solid connection with the Kakao network.
The only time I've encountered this is when I tried to run the game while using the wifi at work which filters and blocks most social networks and gaming servers.
Entering a Family Name
"You cannot create a name that has already been created."
It seems that the game will not let multiple players use the same family. This is pretty aggravating since there doesn't seem to be any multiplayer connectivity possible so I don't know why they put this limit in but they did. Just keep trying names until it goes through (or if you're like me, get frustrated after three or four tries and stick a number or symbol in there).
